Naomi Torberson

Naomi is from South Dakota, the third of ten children in a pastor’s home. She trusted Christ at the age of 13 while attending a Christian camp. The Lord led her to attend Ambassador Baptist College, where she graduated with a degree in church ministries. She then spent several years working in a church ministry in Fairfax, VA, before returning to NC, where she served on staff at World Wide New Testament Baptist Missions for 20 years. She now teaches secretarial classes and works in the records office at ABC. Her passion is working behind the scenes to assist others. 

Naomi is actively involved in children’s ministries at her local church. She enjoys spending time with her family all across the US, as well as traveling and keeping up with friends. She is an avid reader of all genres, but especially enjoys biographies, history, and historical fiction set during the WWII era.
